HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
We work on the 5 pillars of ultimate health and fitness over a series of 90 day transformations. if you have had a personal trainer before but felt let down by the results then this is the ultimate program for you. If you are intimidated by the gym and feel you have lost your spark then this program will help you get it back. PHASE 1 - CONDITION
We begin by working on your cardiovascular fitness and stamina. We gently encourage your body to increase its tolerance to exercise. We begin to reshape some of the limiting beliefs you have about yourself and condition the mind to an empowering state of being. We learn to nourish the body with beautiful food and move away from destructive behaviours. during this phase you can expect to start to feel lighter, you will move with more ease and you will feel an increased sense of confidence and self belief.
PHASE 2 - STRENGTH
In this phase we focus on building strong, lean and capable bodies. We build up your strength, learn to lift weights safely and effectively and develop strong feminine curves. We work on your mental resolve and you’ll start to feel unbreakable. During this phase you can expect to fell more confident, sexy and an increased sense of self worth.
PHASE 3 - FUNCTION
In this phase we focus on how our bodies move, how to limit the possibility of injury and how to reduce the impact of ageing. We identify a preference for a style of training and weave that into longer term plan. We begin to understand how the future will look and feel now the ‘new you’ is looking back at you in the mirror. We encourage or new body and confidence to take us to places we haven’t been before. We are more daring, sexy and we trust our bodies!
PHASE 4 - FLEXIBILITY
In this phase we learn how to weave our new found commitment to health, happy and sexy bodies and minds into our lifestyle. We learn the true art of ‘balance’ We are able to let go of any fears we sued to hold onto because we know how to manage the result alongside a fun and exciting life. We are free in body and in mind, our soul loves with grace and ease.
PHASE 5 - REST
There are built in and deliberate rest breaks in the program. This gives your body the opportunity to rebuild and refresh; rest is a vital pillar of the process.
